The months of communication between Dr. Norman and my daughter were based upon mutual respect. Dr. Norman always encouraged my daughter to write the various application essays from my daughter's perspective and perception. The responsiveness by the office to an inquiry from a nervous parent, that being me, was promptly answered and I was always made to understand that what I might add to the process was welcomed.

I appreciate all of the times that Dr. Norman answered my inquiring and sometimes overly personal emails. She always took the time to answer, in what seemed like record speed. And [my daughter] always felt that her best interests were at the forefront of Dr. Norman's days - and when the emails and texts were gong back and forth late into the evening hours, or morning hours as the case might be, [my daughter] always smiled and knew that Dr. Norman was "right on top of things" for her. We feel so lucky to have had Dr. Norman with us on this journey, as well as her kind and attentive staff.

College searching and planning was so much more enjoyable for her with you alongside ... you related to her on every level.

She shared that chat with me and I found your wisdom encouraging and balanced at the same time. Please know that I think you are a tremendous gift to your field!

The support throughout the process was unbelievable. Knowing that Josh was being helped by Bari with her knowledge and experience gave us the confidence that we needed for the process.

We truly believe your assistance was perfect. When Josh had a difficult time writing the essays, at the time we have to admit we wished that you could have helped him write what you were suggesting. However, in the end, once he figured it out we realized the way you handled it was best for Josh.
